Job Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Microsoft Partner program.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing the orchestration and management of our partner program in relation to its strategic alliance with Microsoft. This includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking, referral submissions, claim submissions, incentives tracking, revenue pacing, Azure revenue tracking, issue resolution, and serving as a trusted advisor to management.Key Responsibilities:Partner Program Management: Own and manage the partner program, ensuring seamless execution and maximum benefits realization.Access Management: Manage access to Microsoft Partner Center, including access requests, SLAs, and data quality.Commercial Marketplace Solution Management: Oversee commercial marketplace solution listings, readiness, health, and conversion.Lead Tracking & Referral Submissions: Track leads, submit referrals, and monitor co-sell pipeline performance.Claim Submissions & Incentives Tracking: Submit claims, track incentives, and ensure revenue pacing aligns with business objectives.Azure Revenue Tracking: Monitor Azure revenue, recognize revenue, and translate influenced consumption into recognized metrics.Issue Resolution: Resolve issues, maintain an issue register, and provide root cause analysis and remediation.Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on Partner Center benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace GTM, and other Microsoft partner programs.Program Knowledge Ownership: Monitor and interpret program changes, publish internal updates, brief leadership, and maintain internal guidance for teams.Enablement & Upskilling: Lead enablement on certifications, competency gaps, renewal risks, and uplift plans; coordinate training calendars and exam support.Analysis & Business Insights: Analyze trends, top deals, pipeline velocity, co-sell accept/convert rates, win rates, incentives leakage/disputes, and other metrics to identify actionable insights.Requirements:Proven understanding of Microsoft's partner programs and experience managing complex partner programs at an organizational level.Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs, incentives, and investment programs from top-tier software companies—ideally Microsoft.Ability to contribute to teams operationalizing complex partner program requirements, processes, reporting, compliance, and portal management.Strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills; enthusiastic, curious, high-energy individual who uses a thought leadership approach.Working knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies.Exposure to continuous process improvement and automation.Direct experience managing PAL/CPOR revenue recognition, incentives/earnings claims, and commercial marketplace listings.Experience aligning with Marketing and Sales on lead routing, attribution, and funnel reporting; ability to establish and manage lead SLAs and maintain data quality.Experience building or maintaining executive dashboards and reports for CPOR/PAL/ACR, co-sell pipeline, incentives, and claims.Benefits:ALIANDO offers competitive pay and comprehensive employee benefits, including health insurance, fitness allowances, work-from-home allowances, paid maternity and parental leave, and generous PTO.
