Job DescriptionLead Technical Project Manager: We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives.The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking skills, and excellent communication abilities. This is a hands-on role for a senior project manager who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Oversee project execution for diverse initiatives, including ERP/CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while being adept at applying hybrid or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.Monitor project progress using key metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the technical architecture and strategy.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in technical project management.Demonstrable experience successfully managing large-scale implementation projects for CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), and Analytics (e.g., Power BI) platforms.Proven track record of managing custom software development projects from concept to completion.Strong awareness of technology trends.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
