Designation: Inside Sales Manager/Senior Manager Department: Inside/Pre/Auxiliary Sales Experience: 8-12 years Prerequisites for an Inside Sales Manager : Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong client relationships. Strong problem-solving, presentation, and organisational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Proven strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and convert high-value leads into successful closures. Demonstrated expertise in sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Comfortable working with Zoho CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets; ability to create actionable dashboards and reports is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities and guiding a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead the Inside Sales function for Flexible and Virtual Office products, ensuring strong pipeline management and consistent achievement of individual and team revenue targets. Drive overall revenue generation for the business line by identifying new channels, strengthening aggregator partnerships, and implementing innovative growth initiatives. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring superior customer experience and increased lifetime value. Identify high-potential opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals with a solution-oriented approach. Expand the prospective client base through proactive outreach, networking, and effective industry relationship management. Oversee sales data analysis to track performance, forecast business trends, and support strategic decision-making. Manage, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to improve productivity, enhance capabilities, and meet shared goals. Continuously evaluate internal processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth for the highest revenue generation.
