We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience, proficient in managing substantial advertising budgets on platforms like Google and Meta, Twitter etc. The ideal candidate should join us in our office role in Bangalore and is adept at developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute effective ad campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, snapchat etc.) with large budgets.
• Analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Demonstrate creative judgement in developing ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience. • Plan and manage digital media buying, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in performance marketing in SAAS industry and app marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and build strong brand presence, maximize app installations and achieve business targets.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in performance marketing and media buying, particularly in SAAS and app marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional planning skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large advertising budgets effectively.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
• A team player with a knack for problem-solving
