The in-house Design Team has worked with Zyeta's team to build an aspirational environment where everyone aspires to become better versions of themselves. Being the World's First WELL Health and Safety Rated Co-working Space & Southeast Asia's first WELL Precertified v2 co-working space, we make sure to offer a holistic experience to everyone at 2gethr ORR. We always knew flexibility had to be our core feature, in terms of both spatial design & community culture. Keeping this in mind, 2gethr ORR has been designed with a host of amenities that support our members 24x7—whether to take a quick nap & recharge before the next big meeting or sweat it out with the team during a brainstorming session.

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Bangalore - Onsite Job type- Fulltime
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Performance Marketing Manager with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. This role will focus on driving growth through a deep understanding of media platforms and effective community-building strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in audience segmentation, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of optimizing marketing performance across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies aimed at driving user acquisition, retention, and overall growth across multiple digital channels.
- Media Platform Expertise: Leverage a thorough understanding of digital media platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others) to identify opportunities for maximizing reach and engagement.
- Audience Cohort Analysis: Analyze and segment target audiences to tailor marketing initiatives that resonate with specific demographics and psychographics, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies for building and nurturing online communities, fostering brand loyalty, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget management.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to monitor and report on campaign performance, deriving insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to develop compelling marketing messages and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing and community engagement to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of media platforms and tools, with a proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Social media is a Plus.
- Demonstrated experience in audience segmentation and community-building strategies. - Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
