Vegolution is a disruptor in the plant-based protein market. On a mission to take India from Protein Gap to Protein Positive, our brand Hello Tempayy provides a healthier food option to conscious foodies through Tempeh, a highly versatile, easy-to-cook and nutritious vegetarian protein. Launched in India in 2021, Hello Tempayy now has a presence across the country, across quick commerce & stores and is growing aggressively.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who is comfortable working with data, thinks analytically & logically and is interested in learning various facets of e-commerce. The role will traverse quick commerce sales & marketing, performance marketing and supply chain analytics . We provide great accountability and all the resources/training you will need. This is a full-time role with candidates working out of our head office in Bangalore (RT Nagar).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across quick commerce channels like Instamart, Zepto & Blinkit (+any other channels we are listed on)
- Work with the team to strategize, implement & monitor demand generation/ discovery campaigns on relevant platforms like Meta & Google (working with our agency teams)
- Monitor, optimize, report on campaigns & content across platforms (interfacing with our digital marketing agency), Q-commerce channels (swiggy, zepto, BB etc) and database marketing initiatives.
- Work with the CEO’s office as required on any dashboards/ analysis, monitor key performance metrics across the business.
- Bring a data led approach to the marketing team, be an active part of planning campaigns & initiatives
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing/ other analytical roles
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams and agencies
- An understanding of performance marketing tools on e-comm platforms/ Meta/ Google
