The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Drive the 360-degree marketing agenda for Orkla India’s International Business (MTR Foods and Eastern Brands) for the assigned categories.
- Drive Consumer Acquisition through exceptional marketing programs
- Deliver growth in the assigned clusters
- Category Advertisement and Communications Strategy
- New Product Launches and Innovation
- Responsible for implementation of the overall Marketing Calendar for the assigned categories.
- GTM for product launches, product refresh, Special marketing programs & promotions, will be managed by incumbent individually or in close cooperation with external agencies as required.
- Campaigns - Ideation, development of Key Messaging, briefing on content etc. to be done by incumbent
- Responsible to guide Overall Design Development / KV development
- Packaging Development for new products and product refresh projects.
- Will manage Media Planning & Buying (Conventional Media) through relevant agencies.
- Will liaise closely with Regulatory Team for necessary approvals.
- Will execute NPD and Innovation Projects with cross-functional teams, tracking them closely against milestones.
- Research Projects – Track and manage ongoing research projects and capture Voice of Consumer.
- Competition Tracking Reports to be made across own Geos.
- Ensuring Category growth across international clusters both in Value & Volume along with some P&L responsibility.
Qualifications
- MBA/ PG Degree in Business /Marketing/Communications
- 3+ years' experience in marketing
- Sound marketing concepts, analytics and interpersonal skills- with experience in media planning, ATL development
- Experience in NPD and Launch
- Good understanding of business dynamics in India
- Experience in packaged foods industry
