Role Description
This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Performance Marketing Intern for a startup in Bengaluru. As an intern you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to performance marketing, including Running and Monitoring Facebook Ads, data analysis, A/B testing ads, and Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), X (twitter) and Reddit
- Collaborate on creating ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and formats, aligned with campaign objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights for improvement.
- Research and identify new marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Has at least 3+ Months of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Mixpanel.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging copy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive , and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
