Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Frontier Furniture Systems Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, communication with clients, account management, and fostering business relationships to drive sales and growth.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business acumen and Communication abilities
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA, BBA - Marketing )
- Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Sales planning: Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed sales goals
- Client relationship management: Building relationships with current and potential clients, and attending networking events to attract and retain them
- Communication: Having excellent verbal and written communication skills to give presentations at board meetings and provide clear instructions to lower-level management
- Marketing: Assisting with marketing and promotional projects, and developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Documentation: Maintaining and updating sales, marketing, and business development documentation
- Collaboration: Collaborating with management on sales goals
