Marketing Business Development Executive

What You’ll Do
1. Business Development
- Find New Leads: Use contacts, references, and databases to find new clients and generate leads.
- Reach Out to Clients: Research potential clients, call them, and set up meetings.
- Track Sales Leads: Keep a list of possible deals to help reach sales targets.
- Close Deals: Turn new clients into long-term customers.
2. Manage Key Clients
- Build Client Relationships: Keep strong connections with important clients.
- Coordinate Smooth Deliveries: Work with the team to make sure client deliveries go smoothly.
- Solve Issues Quickly: Handle any client concerns or issues efficiently.
3. Stay Connected with Clients
- Provide Updates: Collect shipment info, coordinate with the booking team, and keep clients informed.
- Follow Up on Payments: Track payments and remind clients as needed.
4. Maintain Records
- Prepare Monthly Reports: Share sales progress with the director.
- Keep Organized Records: Track client conversations and sales activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-8 years of experience in business development in logistics or transport industry
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to solve problems and negotiate
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Motivated and goal-oriented
