HR Operations Manager Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in compliance, employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.The role focuses on ensuring accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data, as well as compliance with statutory laws. Additionally, the candidate will drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives, build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture, and establish an employee grievance process.The successful candidate will partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency, manage stakeholder communication, and resolve HR queries proactively. A sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices is essential.This is a full-time position that requires 10+ years' experience in HR operations, including at least 3-4 years in leading a team. A Master's in HR/Business Administration or related field is preferred.
