Job Title: Technical SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to join our team and drive the development of technical components, support HR modules, build interfaces, and troubleshoot payroll data issues.Main Responsibilities:Develop and maintain HCM technical components including Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL, and BI Publisher Reports.Support Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent & Recruiting modules with expertise in their functionality and integration.Build interfaces and integrations with Oracle Cloud solutions for seamless data exchange.Troubleshoot payroll/HR data issues by analyzing configurations, customizations, and requirements.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement effective changes.Required Skills and Qualifications:Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, FF, OTBI, and BIP.Possess hands-on experience in OIC integrations for HCM and have an understanding of Fusion HCM tables, security, and workflows.Display SQL/PLSQL skills and ability to analyze HR/payroll data for insights.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced technical specialist to make a real impact on our organization.
