About this RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support for PDI solutions across multiple retail locations.This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless business operations, resolving technical issues, and documenting fixes and SOPs.Provide advanced technical assistance for PDI applications at various retail sites.Maintain system performance and guarantee platform stability and uptime.Analyze incidents, configuration problems, and integration failures to deliver prompt resolutions.Support daily operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory management, and back-office processes.Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendor support, and end-users to drive issue resolution.Document fixes, workflows, known issues, and standard operating procedures.Conduct regular checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations to ensure optimal system performance.Sustain timely resolution of tickets in accordance with agreed-upon service level agreements.
