Job Description:A leading Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Sea Cargo, and Air Cargo.Key Responsibilities:Identify and establish contacts with potential shippers and consigneesProactively respond to sales inquiries from both new and existing clientsDevelop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand the businessAchieve monthly sales targets and provide strategic market insightsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service executionStay updated with industry trends and competitors' activitiesRequirements:Education: Any GraduateExperience: Minimum 1 year (Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Sea Cargo, and Air CargoSkills:Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skillsExcellent communication and ability to converse fluently in EnglishProven ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsAdditional Details:Location: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat and RajkotGender: Open to both Male & Female candidatesEmployment Type: Full-timeEducation - Any Graduate with min 1 years experience in Freight Forwarding Industry can apply. Salary Range: From 40K to 70 K per month negotiable depending upon the current salary.If you are a goal-driven sales professional with experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry, we invite you to apply and be a part of our growing team
