**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the transportation of goods from origin to destination, managing all aspects of the forwarding process, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation such as bills of lading, customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists. Ensure all documents comply with local and international regulations.
- Assist with customs procedures for import and export shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, tariffs, and trade regulations.
- Supervise the handling, loading, and unloading of freight at various transport hubs. Ensure that cargo is properly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, carriers, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor the progress of shipments, track delays, and proactively address any issues or disruptions that may arise during transportation. Provide customers with status updates and resolve problems quickly.
- Assess and manage risks associated with the shipment, including the possibility of damage, loss, or delays, and ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipments, including updates on delivery status and troubleshooting any issues that arise during transit.
- Ensure all freight operations comply with relevant national and international shipping regulations, including safety standards, hazardous material handling, and environmental requirements.
- Monitor freight costs and make recommendations for cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining high-quality service levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree.
- Previous experience in freight forwarding at CHA, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of international shipping routes, customs regulations, and trade documentation.
- Excellent command on English language, especially rules of syntax, punctuation, and grammar.
- Readiness for minimum 3 years of commitment.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding software, tracking systems, and cargo handling equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
