**Job Description for Pricing and customer support executive - Forwarding.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate with shipping line & IATA agents for pricing of the freight.
- Create quotation for all sales lead and share the same with them, follow up on the quotation sent.
- Finalizing the best rate & forward it to the client, plan and close the shipment forwarding end to end.
- Co-ordinate with all external & internal stakeholders to complete entire process on time.
- Maintaining daily status report of of all the pricing and quotation shared.
- Go on field sales to get new clients on board, meet existing clients and understand their issues and problems.
- This job would be target oriented
- 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping line and freight forwarding industry.
- Good verbal and written communication along with hands-on experience of Gmail / Outlook
- Knowledge about EXIM, custom clearance, and logistics industry.
- Communication skill, problem solving, quick learner and multi-tasker

**Supplemental pay types**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
