About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and operationally savvy Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team, particularly in the domains of Growth, Performance, and Brand Marketing. This role will be responsible for driving alignment, optimizing cross-functional processes, and ensuring that strategic initiatives are effectively executed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth strategies, performance marketing, and brand development, with the ability to streamline operations and support high-impact decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Alignment
Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and prioritize strategic objectives for Growth, Performance, and Brand Marketing.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment, ensuring that marketing objectives support overall company goals.
Develop frameworks for setting, tracking, and achieving key performance metrics and growth targets.
Project Management and Execution
Lead the implementation of key marketing initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, holding team members accountable and providing regular status updates to leadership.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with major campaigns and initiatives.
Performance Analytics and Insights
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing data to inform decision-making and measure ROI on growth and brand campaigns.
Work closely with analytics teams to identify actionable insights and areas for optimization in customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Facilitate the creation of dashboards and KPIs for real-time tracking and transparency across marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a bridge between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth and brand strategies.
Drive alignment between Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing, balancing immediate ROI goals with long-term brand building efforts.
Lead weekly or monthly strategy meetings and cross-functional syncs to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged.
Brand Development and Positioning
Support the development and execution of brand strategies that build market differentiation and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with the Brand Marketing team to ensure all customer touchpoints are consistent and reflective of the brand values.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights to guide brand positioning and growth initiatives.
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency
Identify areas for operational improvements within the marketing team and lead initiatives to streamline processes.
Implement tools, systems, and best practices that enhance team productivity, data transparency, and workflow efficiency.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CMO and executive team on optimizing marketing operations and budget allocations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
7+ years of experience in a strategic role, ideally with exposure to growth marketing, performance marketing, and/or brand management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
Proven experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
Adept at working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.
