CARD91 is a leading Issuance Platform-as-a-Service provider, transforming payment infrastructure for banks, corporations, and fintechs. Our platform enables the issuance of various payment instruments, enhancing transaction visibility and decision-making. We offer a suite of tools, including an issuer processor and card management system, to streamline card issuance. Partnering with major networks like RuPay, Visa, and Mastercard, we effectively tackle payment challenges in India and support global expansion. Backed by $14 million in pre-Series A funding, CARD91, founded in 2020 by Ajay Pandey and Vineet Saxena, boasts a team of experienced technopreneurs and bankers.

About the Role

About the role As the Chief of Staff for the CEO at CARD91, you’ll work directly for the CEO and work closely with the leadership team to help them grow to scale, and run the business more effectively. In this role, you will help the CEO and the business by: - driving critical initiatives (which requires cross-functional coordination) - facilitating all CEO reviews -weekly / monthly / quarterly ( You will define and execute the Rhythm of the Business for the CEO’s office; including meeting cadence, quarterly reviews, off-sites, and all-hands) - becoming a problem-solving partner to the CEO on key strategic decisions.

This role requires a highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's agenda – ensuring maximum impact in both internal and external engagements
  • Be well-versed in your company's financial health, KPIs, growth trajectories, and market position
  • Drive the Leadership team towards clear, efficient, and accountable decision-making
  • Mange investor relation and fund raise processes
  • Drive strategic initiatives and/or discrete projects on behalf of our CEO and the executive team
  • Act as a Representative of the CEO
  • Stakeholder Management

Requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a premium college in Finance, Business, Management, or a related field (preferred IIM/ISB).
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, or related fields (internships or academic projects are a plus).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced startup culture.
  • Initiative: A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
