Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief of Staff at Bering Waters Ventures. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring effective communication across all departments.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Strategy, and Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the venture capital or tech industry is a plus
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

Your Experience & Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of working closely with executives up to and including C-level within the financial, tech industry, in a consultancy or in a legal firm.
  • Prior virtual office coordination experience, strictly required.
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical and task management skills.
  • Ability to support a highly sophisticated team; experience working with seasoned managers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and organizational skills; ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to get buy-in from relevant constituents to make progress on operational priorities; capacity to influence an outcome by using fact-based approach with communicational finesse.
  • Demonstrated experience setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and giving open feedback.
  • Proven ability to cooperate efficiently with high-performing teams internally and externally.
