Job Title:Solar Energy Solutions SpecialistAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for educating customers about solar energy solutions, conducting site assessments, and closing deals.This is a field sales role that requires direct interaction with potential customers at their homes. You will need to understand the customer's electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest suitable solar solutions.Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.Educate customers on solar energy benefits, ROI calculations, and feasibility in a simple, compelling manner.Understand customer electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest the most suitable solar solutions.The ideal candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments, be good at building relationships, and excited about sustainability and clean tech.Key Responsibilities:Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.Prepare and present customized proposals and financial analysis.Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.Follow up with leads regularly to drive closures and meet monthly sales targets.Requirements:Graduate degree in any discipline. Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil engineering is a plus.1–5 years of experience in B2C field sales, real estate, insurance, fintech, or telecom sales.Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & English.Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling.Proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel.
