Project Coordinator RoleAbout this OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, smooth communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.Assist in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Support procurement processes by preparing purchase requests, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.Organize project meetings, prepare minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Required SkillsProject CoordinationDocumentation & ReportingVendor & Stakeholder ManagementScheduling & TrackingProcurement CoordinationAnalytical & Problem-Solving Skills
