Quality Control SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of renewable energy equipment.Key Responsibilities:Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the project requirementsParticipate in the project opening meeting to brief the supplier on the scope, inspection rules, and scheduleVerify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspectionCoordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project ManagerWitness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklistMonitor the testing lead time to ensure completion within the agreed scheduleInform contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement planReport to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspectionFill-in the inspection report, based on the format prepared by the Service Engineering teamSuggest ameliorations to the supplier to improve the inspected product and the testing conditionsPropose improvement of the inspection methodologyQualifications:Education Background: Bachelor in a technical field is requiredProfessional Knowledge: Ability to correctly interpret drawings, specifications, and test procedures for PV ModuleProfessional Qualification: Experienced in renewable energies, energy storage, or factory inspection is mandatoryRelevant Experience & Fixed Number of Years: At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control (factory or on-site) and at least 5 year's experience in a PV Module technical position are requiredManagement Skills: Minimum 1-2 years management experience is requiredComputer Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office is necessaryLanguage Skills: Highly proficient in spoken and written English is essentialOther Requirements: High ethics, outstanding communication skills, problem solver; 80%+ of time on the inspection site is requested
