Job Summary

The Regional Key Account Manager (RKAM)- West - Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with key Modern Trade accounts in the assigned region. This role will require a deep understanding of the Modern Trade channel, Team Management, Data Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned modern trade accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities within Modern Trade accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Negotiate TOTs, plan JBPs along with other inputs to drive business in Regional accounts of West.
  • Manage SAMT channel with a strong GTM presence in top towns.
  • Market Execution:
  • Develop and implement instore marketing strategies to support sell-out.
  • Manage national accounts with a regional flavour- by identifying the chain nuances, competition, communication fit for your region.
  • Collaborate with modern trade customers on category management initiatives to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
  • Team Management and collaboration:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Recruit and develop talent within the team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure efficiency
