Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure active presence in the territory allotted. Ensure a healthy bank of wellqualified leads for the territory maintain zero junk data and consistently generate references from every prospect met. Relentlessly chase achieve and exceed his/her sales targets as defined by the company. Ensure the highest standards with respect to discipline integrity and commitment. Read understand absorb and retain the Orange Way of Sales process. Handling KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) effectively.
Skills we are looking for:
14 years of sales experience particularly in selling products/services to doctors. Minimum bachelors degree preferably a Science graduate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Selfmotivated and goaloriented.
Metrics for the role:
Doctor Onboardings. Revenue.
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation is up to 7.8LPA including performance based incentive and Travelling Allowance. We provide Biannual based increments based on company performance. We offer comprehensive medical insurance worth 5 lakhs for both our employees and their dependents. We work hard and we party harder.
