To support its mission, the university is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Admissions.


Role Overview:


As the Senior Manager - Admissions, you will play a pivotal role in leading the admissions team and overseeing every aspect of the admissions process. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing effective admissions strategies, streamlining enrolment workflows, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for prospective students. This position demands a customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the education sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and execute admissions strategies to achieve the university’s enrolment goals and support its overall objectives.
  • "Lead and manage a team of admissions counsellors, offering guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Represent and promote the university’s programs through presentations, speeches, and outreach activities at alumni events, school conferences, and community job fairs.
  • Leverage enrolment trends and market insights to shape data-driven admissions strategies and maximize recruitment success.
  • Work closely with cross-functional university departments to streamline admissions processes and deliver a smooth, applicant-friendly experience.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience in admissions management or a closely related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders and foster strong relationships.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to admissions and student recruitment.
