Admission Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand students’ educational background, career aspirations, and provide guidance on suitable programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, fees, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions by maintaining a structured admission funnel.
- Maintain student records and regularly update CRM or admission management software.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams to support admission drives, events, and campaigns.
- Organize and participate in school/college fairs, webinars, and orientation sessions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets and KPIs.
- Provide post-admission support and hand-holding to ensure student satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in education, psychology, or business).
- 1-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, academic advising, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi].
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of education systems (domestic/international).
- Prior experience in EdTech, universities, or training institutions.
- Multilingual abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
