Job Title:Fusion HCM Technical Lead Job Description:We are seeking an experienced technical professional to lead our Fusion HCM implementation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical development and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll. They will be responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from the business and documenting these in technical specifications.The candidate will also be responsible for uniting/regression testing of RICE components and ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced technical professional who can lead our team and deliver high-quality results. Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong background in technical development with minimum 8 years of experience.Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including experience in US and Canada Payroll.Strong knowledge of SQL/PL SQL tuning and programming.Experience in HDL and BIP development and support.SDLC and JIRA knowledge.Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
