Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.Provide post-go-live support, handle change requests, create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.Understanding of HR processes and policies.Familiarity with HDL, HCM extracts, Fast Formula, and BI Reports.Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.About the Role:This role involves implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
