Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional/Techno Functional Consultant with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the field of Human Capital Management.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional/Consultant with expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules and Time & Labor.Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS is highly desirable.The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is essential.Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Key RequirementsStrong technical skills in Oracle Fusion HCM including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll and Talent Management.Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Expertise in data migration and integration with other systems.Familiarity with agile project methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions in the field of Human Capital Management.
