Oracle Fusion HCM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned HCM specialist to assume the role of Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and at least 5 up to 18 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with exceptional communication skills.The selected individual will possess hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS, as well as a deep understanding of process flow, setup, and common solutions to modules known in HCM. They should also have expertise in at least three HCM modules.Key technical requirements include proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.In terms of qualifications, the successful candidate should have experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.ResponsibilitiesHCM Module Management: Manage and maintain multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in current processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, including training and troubleshooting.RequirementsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, including HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership abilities to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.Qualifications: Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.BenefitsOpportunity to Work with Leading Edge Technology: The chance to work with cutting-edge technology and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HCM.Career Development Opportunities: Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company.Competitive Salary and Benefits: A competitive salary and benefits package.
