Payroll ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees through SAP Payroll.This is a highly visible and impactful role, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for India employees through SAP Payroll.Ensure compliance with all statutory laws and regulations, including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Income Tax, and other applicable labor laws.Handle TDS calculations, filings, and returns in compliance with statutory timelines.What You'll Do:Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to employees.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing tax laws and regulations, making recommendations to management as needed.Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.At least 3 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a large organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
