Job RoleWe are seeking a sales-driven professional to head our North East region as an Associate Account Manager. This is a rare opportunity for experienced individuals who thrive in performance-based incentives and want to be visible in our reputable firm.This role involves sourcing and placing candidates for open job orders with our clients, providing staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.The ideal candidate should have 2+ years' work experience in the Staffing industry or IT/ITES sales (inside or outside sales) and looking to continue a career in sales.Key Responsibilities: Sell executive search services to new and existing clients through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities. Develop and implement sales strategies, build business, and identify new opportunities within the recruitment services marketplace and your specified geographic region. Identify client's staffing needs and provide staffing solutions by utilizing a consultative sales approach. Demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, internet resources, and direct recruitment methods. Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.
