Senior Paid Campaign Specialist Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Campaign Specialist to lead our paid social strategy.This individual will be responsible for driving qualified leads, product trials, and pipeline growth through full-funnel campaigns. Key responsibilities include owning ads end-to-end, collaborating with creative and product marketing teams, analyzing campaign performance, implementing A/B tests, integrating campaigns with CRM systems, benchmarking competitors, and reporting actionable insights.Requirements:A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Ads or Paid Social for B2B SaaS.Deep understanding of audience segmentation, Matched Audiences, and G2 Intent integration.Proven ability to manage ad budgets efficiently.Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Looker Studio reporting.Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.What We Offer:In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the development of our paid social strategy.
