High Performing Paid Social Manager

We seek performance-driven Social Ads Managers to own paid social strategy for Document360 and Turbo360.You'll run full-funnel campaigns from audience segmentation to creative testing and optimization focused on driving qualified leads, product trials, and pipeline growth.Key Responsibilities:Owning Ads end-to-end: campaign setup, audience building, budget allocation, tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization.Collaborating with Creative and Product Marketing to develop ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.Analyzing campaign performance daily and optimizing based on CPL, CTR, CVR, and lead quality.Implementing A/B tests for ad copy, visuals, and CTAs to improve conversion performance.Integrating campaigns with CRM (Pipedrive) for lead flow tracking and funnel attribution.Benchmarking competitors and identifying opportunities in targeting, creatives, and offers.Reporting actionable insights weekly to the Performance Marketing Lead and VP of Marketing.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in Ads or Paid Social for B2B SaaS.Deep understanding of audience segmentation, Matched Audiences, and G2 Intent integration.Hands-on experience with UTM tracking, GA4, and conversion APIs.Proven ability to manage $10K–$30K monthly ad budgets efficiently.Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in Excel/Looker Studio reporting.Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.To succeed as a paid social expert at our company you will need to be able to think strategically, have excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, work well under pressure and be highly organized.
