As a seasoned Technical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) team's success. Based in Pune or Bangalore, India, this position offers a hybrid work model that balances in-office collaboration with remote working.This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing integrated ELM Solutions using client-provided ELM products. A proven track record of innovative thinking and strong interpersonal skills are essential for this position.The ideal candidate will be involved in:Defining and proposing integrated ELM solutions that align with customer processes and business objectivesCollecting, formalizing, and analyzing business requirements to translate them into technical specifications for ELM systemsDesigning system architecture addressing data management, process automation, integration with systems like PLM/ERP/MES, and scalability for future requirementsOverseeing implementation phases, including stakeholder communication, technical governance, risk mitigation, and delivery to the business roadmapTo succeed in this role, you should possess:4-7 years of experience in PLM/ERP implementation and solution architecturePost-graduation or graduation in computer science or mechanical engineeringYou will also require:At least 4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, technical consultant, or in similar roles, ideally in an enterprise software implementation environmentGood understanding of Engineering Process and Workflows in typical manufacturing companiesHands-on consulting experience with PLM/ERP or an enterprise software implementation, integration, and roll outStrong English skills, written and spoken. Proven ability to communicate with a range of people of different technical and experience levels and the ability to be self-directed as well as to work in a teamGeneral knowledge and experience in distributed collaborative multi-tiered enterprise applicationsExperience on following technologies is expected:Web application development technologies like Java, JS, spring boot, Perl, XML, XSLTStorage infrastructure like SAN / NAS / NFS etc.Authentication and email systems – LDAP / SMTPRelational database – Oracle, Postgres etc.Cloud technologiesArtificial Intelligence and Machine LearningOperating Systems – Linux and WindowsProduction use of Git, GitLab, GitHub or Azure DevOpsGood understanding of process related software tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Familiarity with CAE process and tools will be an advantageUnderstanding of High-Performance Computing and queuing systems like SLURMStrong problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel at least 50% of the timeTechnical RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in various technologies, including web application development, storage infrastructure, authentication and email systems, relational databases, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, operating systems, and version control systems.A strong understanding of process-related software tools and familiarity with CAE process and tools are also desirable.Candidates should have a solid grasp of High-Performance Computing and queuing systems, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
