Key responsibilities include:Key Responsibilities:HR Services and Operations:Manage HR administration and payroll processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Design, implement, and continuously improve HR service delivery processes, focusing on simplification, standardization, and automation.Evaluate regulatory and internal policy compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Provide expertise to HR Business Partners and Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data, Reporting, and Analytics:Determine people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency.Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Analyze data to support strategic planning initiatives.Promote predictive and strategic people analytics capabilities within the organization.Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data flows.Manage relationships with external HR service providers to ensure service excellence and contractual compliance.Advise on HR systems, data management, and process optimization.Leadership and Transformation:Lead, develop, and motivate the HR Services and People Analytics team.Drive change management within the HR function to promote adoption of new processes and tools.Support the HR digital transformation agenda, aligning it with broader business and talent strategies.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
