Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, , and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker. - Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media. - Assist in employee onboarding and documentation. - Support in employer branding activities, such as career fairs or social media campaigns. - Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with job portals (, Indeed, etc.) is a plus. - A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
