Job Title:AI Security DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled AI Security Director to lead our organization's AI security strategy and governance model. This role involves building a strong foundation for AI security, defining frameworks, ensuring compliance, and guiding the secure design and deployment of AI products.Key Responsibilities:AI Security Strategy: Develop and implement an effective AI security strategy, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.Secure AI Product Lifecycle: Ensure security controls and compliance throughout the AI solution lifecycle, from model development to production support.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data, Digital, and Infrastructure Security teams to embed AI security within broader enterprise security frameworks.Governance & Compliance: Define policies to address ethical, legal, and regulatory aspects of AI solutions, ensuring responsible AI deployment.AI Risk Management: Evaluate and establish mechanisms to safeguard organizational interests against AI-related risks.Security Best Practices: Develop and socialize secure development and operational practices for AI and ML systems.Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team, influencing security posture across business units.Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with product and engineering leaders to proactively identify and mitigate AI-specific threats.Requirements:Deep knowledge of AI solutions, from experimentation to production.Proven experience in AI security strategy, governance, and risk management.Strong leadership and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
