Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales development programs and initiatives 7. Prepare reports and presentations on trade marketing performance and insights 8. Manage budgets and allocate resources to optimize the ROI 9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including retailers, distributors, and across internal teams 10. Desired Candidate Profile
1. Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration 2. Work experience of min 5 years in Sales Planning / trade marketing preferably in FMCG industry 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to effectively work with cross functional teams 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics 6. Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
