As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our acquisition and retention efforts across multiple channels — withMeta adsas the primary focus.Location:HSR Layout,BangalorePosition: Full timeKey Responsibilities:As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will drive Furrl's Meta ads execution while also experimenting with channels like Google Ads, SEO and email marketing. This is a unique opportunity to lead impactful campaigns, optimize ROI, and shape multi-channel strategies as we grow our community of style-conscious women.This is a very exciting role for ambitious individuals who are looking for high ownership and responsibility, as well as a chance to work with a very accomplished team and super-charge their career growth.Develop and execute Meta ad strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.Monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and implement data-driven optimizations.Run high frequency content experiments and stay ahead of content trends and best practices emerging in the market.Collaborate with the content team to craft compelling ad creatives and messaging.Conduct A/B testing to refine ad performance and improve conversion rates.Experiment with other channels (Google Ads, YouTube, email marketing) to discover new acquisition opportunities.Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.What We're Looking For:1-4 years of hands-on experience in Meta shopping ads management, preferably in fashion, e-commerce, or D2C.
