We are a fast-growing developer known for premium layouts, strong customer trust, and consistent delivery.We are now expanding our digital marketing team to strengthen our lead generation and brand visibility across projects like Sizzle Heritage, Ruby, East Coast, and White Willows.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads) who can independently manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and passionate about driving high-quality real estate leads through data-backed campaign strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads for multiple real estate projects.Manage keyword research, ad copy, extensions, and creatives for maximum performance.Analyze campaign metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to ensure lead quality and efficiency.Implement and manage geo-targeting, audience segmentation, and negative keyword strategies.Collaborate with the CRM and Sales teams to track lead outcomes and fine-tune campaigns accordingly.Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to create reports and insights.Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversions.Stay updated on Google Ads best practices, algorithm changes, and compliance norms for real estate advertising.Skills & Tools RequiredMandatory: Google Ads Certification with hands-on campaign management experience.Strong command over Google Ads, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.Clear understanding of real estate buyer journey and lead qualification cycles.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and act fast.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with creative, CRM, and field teams.Ideal Candidate Profile2–6 years of proven experience in Google Ads or Performance Marketing (real estate preferred).Strong track record of optimizing campaigns for lead quality, not just volume.Detail-oriented, self-driven, and highly accountable in performance ownership.Creative thinker who can design and test new ad concepts regularly.
