Responsibilities: Maintenance: Planning and coordinating maintenance work, including preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs to electrical (UPS), plumbing (bathroom and sprinkler systems), lighting, furniture, etc. Renovations: Coordinating updates and renovations, and inputting into design stages to identify future maintenance issuesFirst point of contact between NetScout and the landlordSafety inspections: Conducting routine safety inspections to ensure buildings meet health and safety standardsEquipment: Replacing existing equipment and installing new equipment and tracking inventory for consumable suppliesContractors: Negotiating contracts per standard corporate terms with service providers Support services: Overseeing support services such as cleaning, catering, hospitality, security, parking, etc. Records: Maintaining records as per company guidelinesCollaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Engineering and other departments to ensure that the building is working according to their needs Staff: Supervising facilities staffFinance: Managing budgets and accounts and working with finance team to ensure payments are made according to the contracts/POs.Environmental: Work with corporate environmental team to find ways to reduce carbon emissions and waste working with HR to coordinate safety trainingAdditional Information:At NETSCOUT, our vision is to create a workplace where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
