Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Absence and Time Labor Consultant to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of functional knowledge and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, as well as hands-on experience in integrating with ADP Payroll solutions.Key Responsibilities:Configure and implement Absence Management and OTL modules in Oracle Cloud HCMEnsure seamless integration with ADP PayrollProvide technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP Payroll integrationRequired Skills and Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Absence Management and OTL.Skills: In-depth knowledge of Absence Management configurations, including absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules in Oracle HCM Cloud. Familiarity with OTL configurations, including time entry, labor rules, and timesheet management. Hands on experience in technical aspects like Fast Formulas, OTBI and BI Reporting.Preferred Skills: Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Absence Management Cloud, Oracle Time and Labor Cloud). Experience in global payroll and understanding of international payroll requirements.
