Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM cloud solutions expert to deliver business process analytics, requirement definition, and solution design.Gathering requirements, creating CRP, SIT, UAT, train the trainer sessions, cutover, production support etc.Integrating payroll with absences and costings to general ledger and PPM modules.Key Responsibilities:Delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.Requirements:4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.Experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc.Strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.Desirable Skills:Proven expertise in Oracle HCM cloud implementation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization and contribute to the development of cutting-edge cloud solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
