Job OpportunityA seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Expert with a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical development is required. The ideal candidate must possess strong writing skills in formula development and extensive experience in payroll areas for the US and Canada regions.The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting complex data extracts, updating report templates, business intelligence, and OTBI development. They should also have expertise in SQL/PL SQL programming, HDL, HCM Extracts, SDLC, and JIRA knowledge.Additionally, the candidate should have experience in payroll balance initializations and adjustments for US and Canada localizations, as well as customizing pay slip templates.The candidate will work closely with the team to determine design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts. They will also be responsible for ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts and validating accuracy through reporting and queries.Developing in-depth knowledge and expertise in extensions and formulasProviding analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applicationsProviding experienced technical support for integrations, reports, and large data imports/extractionsMaster's degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fieldsGood knowledge of Oracle fusion HCM modules and Payroll areaStrong communications skills (both verbal & written)Ability to work night shifts
