Key Oracle Fusion HCM ExpertWe are looking for an experienced professional to lead the implementation and management of various Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Benefits, Compensation, US Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, OTL, and Talent Management.The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in HCM, with expertise in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. S/he must have hands-on experience in configuring and testing these modules.A strong understanding of business processes and data flow is required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
