Your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM and thorough understanding of HR business processes will be instrumental in driving success.Key Responsibilities Include:Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirementsConfiguring Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTLPerforming end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCMConducting functional testing, preparing test scripts, and supporting UATProviding post-go-live support and handling change requestsCreating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and SOPsWorking with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizationsEnsuring compliance with data privacy and localization requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modulesStrong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security rolesExperience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementationUnderstanding of HR processes and policiesFamiliarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plusStrong communication, documentation, and client interaction skillsOracle HCM Cloud certification is preferredPreferred Modules Experience:A strong background in the following areas is highly desirable:Core HRPayroll (Country-specific)Absence ManagementOracle Time & Labor (OTL)Talent Management / Recruitment / PerformanceBenefits & Compensation
