About the PositionThe Senior Techno-Functional Consultant will work with our team to implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud for clients in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in functional implementation, with a strong focus on payroll and taxation.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud for clients in the US and Canada, with a focus on payroll and taxation.Develop and maintain functional specifications, regression test plans, and technical documentation.Provide analysis and consultation on implementing new software application products or new modules or any new requirement in existing applications.Support large/complex data imports and extracts, validate accuracy through reporting and queries, and ensure data integrity and governance.Plan for and support migrations, releases, upgrades, and/or patches - mitigating risk/downstream impacts.This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and drive business growth.
