Role Summary
The Learning & Development Manager will play a crucial role in designing comprehensive learning strategies that encompass a blend of classroom training, digital learning, on-the-job coaching, and mentoring. This position will involve close collaboration with the leaders at Perfios to effectively assess and address the specific needs of each tea m.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies that integrate various training methodologies, including classroom sessions, digital learning platforms, on-the-job coaching, and mentoring programs.
Needs Assessment: Partner with departmental leaders to assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee performance .
Program Design and Delivery: Create engaging and effective training materials and programs that reflect the latest industry trends. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to employees at all levels .
Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting leadership development, career advancement opportunities, and succession planning initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with HR and department leaders to ensure that learning initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and support employee engagement and retention.
Budget Management : Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the impact of learning initiatives.
Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, particularly in the tech industry, to ensure the organization remains a leader in employee training and development.
