Learning and Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join our Human Resources team. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills, performance, and knowledge of our employees. This role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth at Cashfree Payments.What You Will Do:Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with Cashfree Payments' business goals and objectivesDesign and implement learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levelsPromote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progressionFacilitate engaging and effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learningConduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organizationCollaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectivesPartner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessaryMeasure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvementDesign and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within Cashfree PaymentsManage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROIWhat You Will Need:Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theoriesExcellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionsDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solvingHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
